The name dumbfounds me. I've seen fried chicken, but I've never seen 'fried steak'. I've also never seen 'steak fried chicken'. What do they do to chicken fried steak to make it different from fried steak? Does the chef pretend it's chicken while he's frying it? I'd love to see a plate of chicken fried steak and fried steak side-by-side to compare them.
And while you're at it, could you bring me some steak fried chicken?
